Please join us for the 2025 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting is being held at the Stone Creek Clubhouse - 5969 Interlocken Street, Parker, CO 80134.
Per Statute, this meeting is being held to provide information only; no business can be conducted. Items to be discussed are:
- Outstanding Bonds/Debt
- Debt to Assessed Value Ratio
- Review of Unaudited Financials (as of August 31, 2025)
- Public Infrastructure
- 2025 Projects
A copy of the meeting agenda serves as notice of the meeting and has been mailed to those registered voters who the District doesn't have an email address for.
