Below are the established committees for the District; please e-mail Shannon.Torgerson@goodwin-co.com if you would like to join one.
- Landscaping- Help draft the Request for Proposals for the landscape company, meet potential contractors, review proposals and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors. This committee will also help monitor the landscaping in the community.
- Design Review Committee- This committee would be review all architectural submittals for the community and approve or deny based on the existing rules.
- Clubhouse/Pool Committee- Help monitor pool and clubhouse operations, including contractors, reservations and usage.
- Social Committee- One of the things that helps make a great community is social events! This committee will be working on events for the community as a whole.
- Finance & Budgeting- Work with the accountant and Board to help draft the budget for future years.
